HRHQ Solution:
The solution developed involved teaming up with our HR solution partners to supply a solution for the employer’s pre-employment sourcing and screening objectives. The approach provided was multi-step that involved the initial candidate sourcing and filtering, management of responses, questionnaire input review and psychometric testing profiling as well as the electronic import of information to their Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The result was a process that distributed the control and information of the recruiting process to the branch level, where it could be effectively acted upon.

The success of the solution also came through HRHQ's contribution to the marketing of the job opportunity and company culture to the employee prospects. This effectively generated a higher percentage of the desired result --- that is to persuade the desired candidates to take the next steps in the assessment of whether they were a fit.

Benefits:
The process successfully automated the process and effectively empowered the branch management in the the candidate hiring process. The HRHQ solution was only a part of the client's overall recruiting program yet it was seen that the cost of per hire coming through the HRHQ channel is 70% to 80% less than the company's established norm for hiring. This allowed for the distributed branches to hire the most qualified talent in the shortest possible time for their branch operation.
