Applying a combination of our "Short-List PRO" technology and sound HR recruiting practices, HRHQ created an effective approach to initially find and screen candidates. These desirable candidates then further qualified themselves through a questionnaire / application exercise before then being presented electronically to the client who would move them through the remainder of the hiring process.

As the client's need grew from a regional to a North American focus, HRHQ later provided consultation services to help the client define and implement an affordable, web-based Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for managing the more complex, distributed hiring process.
